Nyad

A very emotional movie that pulls the feels in all manner of directions.

Jodie Foster and Annette Benning both shine in this one and were perfectly cast. Indeed, you could argue that the movie is about the relationship of the two characters they play just as much as it is about Diana's achievement.

The resilience and perseverance of Diana Nyad is gobsmacking and truly remarkable. (If you haven’t heard of her, look up her TED talk.)

I really enjoyed watching a movie in which the stars are two middle-aged women. Also, the color palette of the movie is gorgeous!

If you're a middle-age person and need a reminder that you are still capable of great things, watch this movie. It's extremely motivating.
